Current Projects
Ricardo is now responsible to build-up and maintain the next generation Lattice Light-Sheet - Adaptive Optics (LLS-AO) microscope, incorporated in MOSAIC (https://www.aicjanelia.org/mosaic). These next generation LLS-AO microscope enables the live imaging at high spatio-temporal resolution of samples that go from single cell (um size) towards embryos (mm size).
